First u have to download Direct conect Software From this  http://www.neo-modus.com/?page=Download

.After u have installed the software follow the followin steps

1. Whatever you enter in as your nick name is what people will use to identify you as.
2. You may enter in an e-mail address if you wish. Please do not spam.
3. Select your connection type. Being honest about your connection type is essential.
4. If you wish, here you may enter in a description of the files you will be sharing.

5. If you do not specify a download folder, this will be the default.
6. This list contains all of the folders you share with Direct Connect™.
7. Here you may specify the amount of users allowed to connect to you at once.
8. Use these buttons to add/remove sharing folders.
(NOTE: It is recommended that you share at least 4 GB of data. for IM and for PMC it is 1Gb )

9. Click this button to download a list of all publicly available Hubs.
10. Click 'Connect' after you enter Pak-movies.no-ip.org in the Address box *10.
